Terms of Service

01Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using clipjackgg.com (the "Site") or following/interacting with the @clipjackgg accounts on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, or other platforms (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

02Description of the service

Clipjack is a short-form clips and entertainment brand. We identify standout moments from live streams, edit and caption them (adding hooks, captions, and other transformative edits), credit the original creator, and publish the resulting clips to our social channels. clipjackgg.com itself is an informational landing page — it does not offer accounts, logins, purchases, or user-generated content submission.

03Intellectual property

The Clipjack name, "CLIPJACK" wordmark, logo, and Site design are owned by Clipjack. You may not use them without our written permission.

Clips we publish are drawn from other creators' live streams. We credit the original creator in each post and apply meaningful editorial transformation — selection, captions, hooks, pacing, and edits — rather than republishing streams unaltered. Underlying rights in the original stream footage remain with the original creator/rights holder. If you're a creator or rights holder and want a clip credited differently, adjusted, or removed, see Section 4 below.

04DMCA / content-removal process

If you believe a clip posted by Clipjack infringes your copyright — or you're a creator who wants a clip taken down or corrected — email [email protected] with the subject line "Content Removal Request" and include:

Identification of the copyrighted work or stream moment you claim is infringed;
The URL(s) or platform link(s) to the specific clip(s) at issue;
Your name, contact information, and (if applicable) your relationship to the original content;
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf; and
A physical or electronic signature.

We review takedown/removal requests promptly — we aim to acknowledge within 5 business days — and will remove or disable access to content we determine is infringing, or that a creator has asked us to take down.

05Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site or Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its infrastructure; interfere with the Site's normal operation (for example, scraping at abusive rates or attempting denial-of-service); or misrepresent your affiliation with Clipjack.

06Third-party platforms & links

The Service links to, and operates on, third-party platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and others). Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms of service, and Clipjack is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices.

07Disclaimers

The Site and Service are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

08Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clipjack and its owners/operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Site or Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

09Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

10Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site or Service after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
