01Overview

Clipjack ("Clipjack," "we," "us," or "our") operates clipjackgg.com (the "Site") as an informational landing page for the @clipjackgg short-form clips brand. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects, what it doesn't, and how to reach us with questions.

The Site is a static page: there are no user accounts, no logins, no forms, and no e-commerce. We are not collecting personal information directly through clipjackgg.com beyond what's described below.

02Information we collect

Because clipjackgg.com is a static site with no forms or accounts, we do not directly collect names, email addresses, payment details, or similar personal information through the Site.

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically logs standard request metadata for every visit — things like IP address, browser/user-agent, referring page, and timestamps — for security, performance, and abuse-prevention purposes. This is standard web-infrastructure logging, not something Clipjack separately configures or uses to track individuals. See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for how they handle this data.

If you email us at [email protected], we'll have whatever you send us (your email address and message content) so we can respond.

03Cookies

clipjackgg.com does not set its own tracking, analytics, or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may use a minimal set of cookies or similar technologies strictly for security and performance (for example, distinguishing legitimate traffic from abusive traffic). We don't use these to build advertising profiles on visitors.

04Third-party platforms

Clipjack is also active on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, and other platforms as @clipjackgg. If you follow, message, comment, or otherwise interact with us on those platforms, that activity is governed by that platform's own privacy policy and terms — not this one. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, how those platforms collect or use your data.

05How information is used

Any information we do have (for example, an email you send us) is used only to respond to you, operate the Site, and keep it secure. We do not use it for targeted advertising.

06We don't sell your data

Clipjack does not sell or rent personal information to third parties.

07Children's privacy

clipjackgg.com is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age of consent applies, such as under GDPR in parts of the EEA/UK). If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at [email protected] and we'll address it.

08Data retention & security

We keep the limited information described above (such as emails you send us) only as long as reasonably necessary to respond and maintain our records, and we take reasonable measures appropriate to a small informational site to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

09Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time as the Site or Clipjack's practices change. When we do, we'll revise the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
